After the whole wet grinding polishing machine arrived at the client’s factory, our certified engineers traveled overseas for door-to-door on-site installation. The team finished mechanical assembly, AC380V power wiring, PLC system debugging, coolant circulation system calibration and sensor parameter setting on site. Different from remote online guidance, we conduct full-process offline testing to match local production voltage, workshop environment and customized polishing standards.
