1、This equipment and production line are suitable for producing snowflake patterns, satin finishes, brushed finishes, or combined textures on 0.3mm–3mm domestic and imported 2B and BA stainless steel surfaces.

NO.4 grinding machine：The grinding machine consists of 3 nylon rollers or flap wheel rollers. The grinding rollers use a turbine box synchronous lifting system and electric adjustment of grinding pressure, effectively refining the texture from the previous sanding belt step and enhancing brightness.

Hairline polishing machine：The hairlinie polishing machine consists of 3-4 sanding belts. The platform uses a roller-type conveyor. The sanding belts utilize a four-column synchronous lifting system, and the belts do not oscillate during grinding, enabling high-quality straight grain finishes. The effect of long or short grains can be achieved by adjusting the speed of the grinding head motor via a frequency converter.
